We are so excited to announce that Cereal Dominoes Drive begins today!! Student Senate is partnering with the Sharing Center to collect cereal donations! The boxes of cereal that are donated will be lined up like dominoes in a path around the school. The student who brings in the most boxes of cereal will be able to push the first box of cereal to start the path! Students can bring in cereal boxes to their homerooms from October 9th to 25th.

Students in 5th grade PLTW worked yesterday to learn about a scientific principle called Conservation of Mass. Students used tools including digital scales, beakers and graduated cylinders to measure the mass and volume of mixtures made of materials like kosher salt, iodized salt, water, flour and sugar. They did a really nice job! We are now accepting sign ups for Girls Basketball and Cheerleading. Due to previous observation on the number of participants we are expecting, we will only be allowing 6th-8th grades the opportunity to sign up for Cheerleading.
