Mrs. Geibel's first grade class had a fun week of learning about apples, tasting apples and making applesauce!

Salem School is now hiring for a Part-Time Maintenance Position!
We are looking for a responsible person to assist in the cleaning and maintenance of our facility and grounds. The position is M-F, 10am to 3pm, during the school year with the schedule becoming more flexible during the summer months. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodial role focused on building upkeep, have experience working with children, and have the physical endurance to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Any trades experience is a plus and retired trades persons are encouraged to apply.

On Wednesday Mrs. McNeill's third graders met their 8th grade buddies from Mrs. Szatmary’s class. The 8th graders got to read a children's book to their 3rd grade buddies. There were some nerves to start, but smiles all around by the end! A 3rd grader even declared, "I just met my best friend!"😍
