Medication Pickup Information 🩺💊 As the end of the school year approaches, we would like to take this time to remind you to pick up your child’s medication before the end of the day Thursday (June 5th). Medication must be picked up by an adult from the nurse’s office or main office. A form will need to be signed for prescription medications. It will not be sent home with a student unless physician consent to carry medication has been previously authorized (for epi pens and inhalers only). Any medication not picked up will be discarded. Medications will NOT be stored at school over the summer. As a reminder – medication administration forms must be renewed annually. Thank you for your cooperation. Congratulations to Mrs. Sue Luengen on her retirement at the end of this school year! 💙 A proud Salem alum who attended from Kindergarten through 8th grade, Mrs. Luengen has come full circle, pouring her heart into her students as a beloved third grade teacher.
